Hopscotch has acquired Event Agency Vivacom via Its Subsidiary Sagarmatha

Hopscotch has acquired Vivacom, an event communication agency based in Lille, through its subsidiary Sagarmatha.

In 2018, Vivacom generated €4 million in revenue with a margin of €1.2 million, and employs 10 people. Founded in 2000 by Olivier Tierny, the agency has developed a strong presence in the Hauts-de-France region, serving loyal clients such as Kiabi, Nocibé, LOSC Lille, AG2R, Boulanger, Decathlon, Banque Populaire du Nord, and Flunch. Vivacom specializes in organizing corporate conventions, internal communication programs, and public campaigns.

The agency’s strong regional roots, unique approach, and the strength of its team have fostered lasting relationships based on mutual trust. This merger allows Vivacom to integrate two complementary areas of expertise: travel and graphic design. It also enables Sagarmatha to expand its "Start with People" mission across three territories: Lyon, Paris, and Lille.
