Septentrion Finance advises Alkior Groupe on the acquisition of Techniques Service

Founded over 30 years ago, Techniques Service specialises in dewatering and pumping solutions, enabling the temporary or permanent lowering of water tables and groundwater levels to secure construction site operations.

Based in the Occitanie and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, the company has recognised expertise across the full range of dewatering techniques, including deep wells, wellpoints and drainage trenches. It also offers a range of pumping equipment and generator sets, available for both rental and sale, to address drainage challenges on construction sites.

Alkior Groupe, a specialist provider of solutions and equipment designed to secure construction sites and enhance their performance, is thereby pursuing its growth with the acquisition of Techniques Service. The transaction enables the Group to broaden its offering and strengthen its market position in pumping services.

The transaction offers notable synergies with Geoxium, the Group's business unit specialising in trench shoring and surveying, driven in particular by complementary expertise and Geoxium's branch network. A newly created entity, Geoxium Pompage, will spearhead the development of this business line.

This acquisition is part of Alkior Groupe's growth strategy, with the aim of developing this new offering in Techniques Service's historical regions and, over time, leveraging Geoxium's nationwide network.

This is a new chapter that will enable us to serve a wider client base."

The transaction was completed on 5 October 2026.
