Septentrion Finance has advised on the management buy-in (MBI) of Groupe Leman Bois

31/05/2022

Mr. Martin Dhellemmes, who acquired Groupe Leman Bois in 2010, has decided to pass on his company to Antoine Fortin and Antoine Descamps. The latter will serve as the operational CEO with the mission to continue the development of the Group, which will soon celebrate its 40th anniversary.

Leman Bois is a French manufacturer of bespoke wood joinery designed to last. More specifically, the Group designs, manufactures, and installs wooden products and fittings for gardens and terraces, serving both private individuals and professionals. Its flagship products include garden sheds, carports, and fences, which are marketed through several agencies (Marcq-en-Barœul, Pont-à-Marcq, Merlimont, Dinard) and via the Group’s website. Mr. Dhellemmes has developed the company’s expertise and built a coherent offering tailored to the needs of select clients. All of this contributes to Groupe Leman Bois’s strong local reputation, with steady growth rates over several years.

The new owners, particularly Mr. Descamps, will be tasked with continuing the Group’s growth along three clearly defined development axes: strengthening Leman’s territorial network, boosting online sales, and digitalizing the company.

The change of ownership became effective on May 23, 2022.
