Septentrion Finance has advised the shareholders of DPDO Distribution on the sale to Rodolphe Six

05/05/2023

DPDO Distribution, based in Sars-et-Rosières (between Lille and Valenciennes), is one of the French leaders in the distribution of spare parts and accessories for home equipment, notably household appliances.

In 2016, Arnaud Jonglez took over the company (with the support of Finorpa and Autonomie & Solidarité funds) following a court-administered sale.

DPDO Distribution currently employs 35 people and generated €10 million in revenue in 2022, representing a 19% increase compared to 2021.

Partnering with several major retail chains (supplying after-sales services and logistics), the company has also developed an offering for individuals via marketplaces (Amazon, ManoMano, etc.) and on its own website, werepair.fr, which provides troubleshooting assistance, spare parts sales, and hundreds of repair tutorials.

In March 2023, following a process led by Septentrion Finance, the shareholders sold the company to Rodolphe Six (formerly CEO of ACTOBI). The seller, along with three other regional business leaders, invested alongside him in the operation.
