Septentrion Finance has advised Charles de Basly on the sale of Chauffage du Nord

Founded by Charles De Basly in 1995, Chauffage du Nord specializes in the sale, installation, maintenance, and repair of heating systems (boilers, heat pumps, stoves, etc.). Chauffage du Nord joined the HomeServe Group, a leader in home repairs and services, to continue and accelerate its growth in the northern region of France.
Chauffage du Nord is a key player in its market within the Lille metropolitan area. Experiencing strong growth in recent years, the company generated nearly €5 million in revenue in 2021 and employs approximately 30 people.
The company plans to leverage synergies with other HomeServe Group businesses to strengthen several aspects of its operations:
- further establish itself in the energy renovation segment by increasing installations of low-carbon heating systems such as heat pumps and biomass boilers;
- optimize purchasing processes by adopting HomeServe’s best practices;
- digitize customer communications.
