AFL, a specialist in residential energy renovation, has been acquired by a private entrepreneur

Septentrion Finance has advised the founding directors of AFL on the sale to Laurent Neveu.
Founded in 2009 by François-Xavier De Gea, Mélanie Valembois, and Emmanuel Valembois, AFL is a specialist in residential energy renovation.
Based in Douai, AFL has strengthened its position year after year by offering new services: internal and external thermal insulation, roof and facade renovation, installation of various heating solutions, and electric vehicle charging points.
With more than 40 employees and multiple RGE certifications, AFL provides its services throughout the mining basin area as well as in the Lille metropolitan area.
To fully focus on their new projects, the founders have decided to sell the company to Laurent Neveu, who intends to continue developing the business.
The transaction was completed on July 1, 2021.
