Septentrion Finance Has advised the shareholders of Colisweb on the sale of their shares to ID Logistics Group
ID Logistics has signed an agreement to acquire Colisweb, a Lille-based software publisher and freight forwarder specializing in same-day or next-day appointment-based last-mile delivery from stores and warehouses. The all-cash transaction is expected to close in early 2022. Colisweb will complement ID Logistics’ service offering while maintaining its management team and operating autonomously.
Founded in 2013 by Rémi Lengaigne and Damien Abgrall, Colisweb connects points of sale or warehouses, delivery providers, and end customers. Its internally developed software, created with support from Inria, enables load pooling, route optimization, carbon footprint consideration, and volume forecasting. Additional services such as assembly and commissioning are also offered. Client brands, both physical retailers and e-commerce players, include Auchan, Boulanger, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Bricorama, Bricoman, Darty, Castorama, Guy Degrenne, Sephora, Nature & Découvertes, Cultura, and Nocibé among others. In 2021, the company expects to generate €30 million in revenue, delivering nearly 750,000 parcels.
Led by Eric Hémar, ID Logistics is an international contract logistics group that posted €1.64 billion in revenue in 2020. Operating 340 sites across 17 countries with 6 million m² of warehouse space in Europe, America, Asia, and Africa, ID Logistics employs 21,500 people. With a balanced client portfolio spanning retail, industry, healthcare, and e-commerce, the group is distinguished by highly technological service offerings. ID Logistics shares are listed on the regulated Euronext Paris market, compartment A (ISIN: FR0010929125, ticker: IDL).
