Lepage Group expands in Eastern France through the acquisition of Pierre Jacquot, H. Treser, and Nora jewelry stores
Lepage Group continues its development in Eastern France with the acquisition of the Pierre Jacquot and H. Treser jewelry stores in Strasbourg, and Nora in Nancy.
Founded in 1922, Maison Lepage is a family-owned company and one of the leading independent players in the French watchmaking and jewelry market. Lepage operates 9 points of sale in Lille, Rouen, Le Havre, Le Touquet-Paris-Plage, as well as an e-commerce platform (Lepage.fr).
The group generates nearly €40 million in revenue with a team of around 100 employees.
At the end of 2023, Lepage opened three new outlets: a Tag Heuer mono-brand boutique in Lille, a Tudor pop-up store in Le Touquet-Paris-Plage, and a vintage watch specialist boutique (Time Collector) in Lille.
Following its acquisitions of Patrice Perreux in Lille (2020) and the Milliaud Group (Rouen, Le Havre) in 2022, Maison Lepage is pursuing its growth strategy focused on expanding its regional presence in the distribution of watches and jewelry from major brands, as well as developing its own jewelry brands (Lepage and So Shocking).
Pierre Jacquot, founded in 1974 and located on Rue du Dôme in Strasbourg, distributes prestigious brands including Rolex, Tudor, Baume & Mercier, Longines, and Chanel. H. Treser, also based on Rue du Dôme in Strasbourg, is a jeweler specializing in creation and transformation. Nora, located in Nancy, primarily distributes Rolex and Tudor.
Significant investments are planned in the coming months within the Strasbourg and Nancy jewelry stores to strengthen partnerships with brand partners and support future growth.
