Septentrion Finance has advised the Toulemonde family on the sale of V2D Lingerie to the Italian group CSP International Fashion Group

V2D Création, owner of the “Steffy” lingerie brand and operator of the licensed lines “Morgan Lingerie” and “Brigitte Bardot,” is entering into a strategic combination with a leading European lingerie player.

This transaction enables CSP International Fashion Group to strengthen its competitive positioning in the lingerie segment and accelerate its external growth strategy. Alongside its existing brands, “Well” (lingerie) and “Le Bourget” (bodywear), the acquisition of V2D Création enhances the group’s brand portfolio, diversifies revenue streams, and expands its product offering across complementary market segments.

The Italian group also intends to capitalize on V2D Création’s recognized corsetry expertise to further develop its Wattrelos industrial site, which is expected to become a European center of excellence for corsetry design and development, supporting operational synergies and long-term value creation.
