Founded in 1993 by Pascal and Christine Thierry, Audis (Automatique Distribution), based in Dieppe, Seine-Maritime, packages pre-dosed cups for vending machines, serving a clientele of facility managers and catering companies. The company also manufactures vending machines for businesses and public institutions.
Audis offers a wide range of high-quality powdered beverages selected from leading brands such as Nescafé, Ristretto, Van Houten, Caprimo, Lipton, Knorr, and Maggi.
The company generates over €10 million in revenue and employs around twenty people.
To support its growth and maintain the high-quality standards that have been the company’s strength, Mr. and Mrs. Thierry decided to transfer control to a family-owned group. Boddis sought the support of the sellers and the IRD group during this transaction.
