High-Pressure valve specialist Corri Servais changes ownership

01/04/2021

Septentrion Finance has advised on the acquisition of CORRI SERVAIS.

Mr. Bruno Servais, who has led CORRI SERVAIS for over 35 years, has chosen to hand over the reins of this century-old company to Mr. Cédric Hamel, an experienced executive in the luxury accessories manufacturing industry. The new owner’s mission will be to accelerate the company’s development and brand recognition.

CORRI SERVAIS has developed a renowned industrial expertise in France and internationally in the production of high-end industrial valves, particularly specializing in high-pressure and high-temperature applications.

Based in Tourcoing (59), the company has long invested in its production site to achieve industrial autonomy and quality improvement by relying on its skilled teams and workshop know-how. This strategy has enabled CORRI SERVAIS to strengthen its presence on major industrial projects across France and Europe. This solid industrial base and commercial momentum form the foundation for the company’s development, which will be pursued by the new management.

The project led by Cédric Hamel has received the support of Bpifrance (through the Bpifrance Capital 1 fund) and FINORPA, which are joining CORRI SERVAIS’s capital.

CORRI SERVAIS will thus have the means to make the strategic investments necessary to continue and accelerate its growth, including through targeted external growth operations.

Cédric Hamel, acquiring CEO: “CORRI SERVAIS benefits from a strong reputation and excellent standing: thanks to its technical mastery, internal engineering office, and teams, CORRI SERVAIS can respond quickly and flexibly to its clients’ needs. I will focus on consolidating these solid foundations with the same values as Mr. Bruno Servais. In a volatile and demanding environment, we will always strive to provide the best service and highest quality to our customers, notably through a culture of detail, reflecting the luxury industry.”

The change of ownership has been effective since March 31, 2021.
