Septentrion Finance has advised NICODEME on the Sale of its Sanitary & Heating Activities
Mr. Emmanuel Lesaffre, CEO of NICODEME SAS, has completed the transfer of the company’s entire Sanitary & Heating business to Espace Aubade.
Founded in 1899 by André Nicodeme, NICODEME SAS initially specialized in steel distribution. The company opened its first agency dedicated to Sanitary & Heating activities in Calais in 1968, and further expanded its network with a latest opening in Montreuil-sur-Mer in 2010.
Through this transaction, ESPACE AUBADE aims to continue its growth and strengthen its national presence.
ESPACE AUBADE is a subsidiary of GROUPE COMAFRANC, which itself is part of the GERMAN GROUP GC. GROUPE COMAFRANC operates in several sectors including heating, plumbing, tiling, electricity, and structural materials. With 346 points of sale in France and more than 5,000 employees, COMAFRANC is one of the European leaders in its field.

The transaction was completed on April 1, 2021.
