Septentrion Finance has advised the Legrand family on the sale of Label vie stores to the Ch'ti Bio Group

Founded 30 years ago by Jean-Paul Legrand, Label vie has become a leading player in the organic sector in the Lille Metropolitan area. 

Label vie (controling by Holding LV) operates 3 stores (Marcq-en-Baroeul, Mouvaux et Hem) and 1 bakery. 

This transaction is part of the current phase of consolidation in the organic market.
