Septentrion Finance has advised on the acquisition of Metranor (MBI)

Founded in 1981 by Mr. José Alves, METRANOR specializes in custom wood joinery and carpentry, including interior fittings, furniture, frameworks, and staircases. Over the years, METRANOR has become a key player in bespoke woodwork and fittings for numerous national clients and has developed recognized expertise serving the luxury sector.
Mr. Alves wished to transfer his company to a successor who shares his values and has an ambitious development plan.
In this context, Mr. Olivier Nicolas took over the company, partnering with Mrs. Valérie Honore Warembourg, the Company’s Managing Director, with the objective of giving new momentum and perspective to the business and its teams — without altering what has made METRANOR successful to this day: uncompromising quality, on-time delivery, and a committed, experienced workforce.
The transaction was co-financed by Société Générale and CIC Nord-Ouest, with the support of Bpifrance (through financing and a counter-guarantee).
