Septentrion Finance has advised Mathieu Beerens on the acquisition of A'Dom

Originally involved in the creation of the company in 2017, Mathieu Beerens has acquired the shares held by the former majority shareholders (Groupe Vivalto Santé and Pauchet Santé) to take control of A’Dom.
A’Dom is a specialist in supporting patients’ return home following hospitalization in the Hauts-de-France region.
With three branches located in Lille, Amiens, and Boulogne, A’Dom maintains close relationships with its patients and healthcare partners.
With revenue of €3.7 million for the last fiscal year (an 18% increase compared to 2023), the CEO’s goal, supported by two Business Angels, is twofold: to continue the strong organic growth sustained over recent years and to explore external growth opportunities to expand the company’s geographic presence.
