Septentrion Finance, long-time advisor to BTC Group, has supported the acquisition of Sollase Soblinter (specialist rental company in protective shielding)
19/03/2021
Less than 18 months after acquiring the FET/BTS Group (a specialist in protective shielding and topography equipment rental, ranked number 2 in France and renamed France Blindage Topographie), the BTC Group (Blindage Topographie Coffrages) continues its growth by taking control of Sollase Soblinter, a leading group in rental equipment for civil engineering and construction professionals (the number 1 company in France for protective shielding rental).
Nicolas Poriche, CEO of the BTC Group, is experienced in acquisition operations: the takeover of PIAZZA COFFRAGES (the third-largest French company in metal formwork rental for construction) was completed in May 2017 through a Management Buy-In (MBI) supported by investment funds Bpifrance Investissement and FINORPA, and since 2019 by Re-Sources Capital.
Prior to this transaction, the BTC Group already generated over €14 million in revenue with nearly 60 employees.
This new acquisition will drive more than 50% growth in BTC Group’s activity, pushing its turnover beyond €24 million in the first year post-integration.
Committed to maintaining impeccable quality and maximum equipment availability, the BTC Group will continue its investments with an annual investment plan exceeding €2 million.
