Lesquin, November 25, 2019 – Log’S, a logistics services expert, announces the signing of agreements to acquire Viapost Logistique Connectée (VLC), a subsidiary of La Poste Group specialized in connected commerce logistics and transportation solutions.
Since 2017, Log’S has been engaged in a 5-year strategic plan, "Ambition 2022," aimed at developing the company both nationally and internationally.
This growth is accompanied by the evolution of service offerings for current and future clients.
This acquisition fits perfectly within this project, notably allowing Log’S to become a leading national player by taking over logistics sites in the Auvergne - Rhône Alpes region, while consolidating its presence in Hauts-de-France and the Paris region.
The acquisition of VLC, which will operate under the new commercial name UpLog, enables Log’S to strengthen its expertise in e-commerce logistics as well as Transport Management — a key focus of the company’s strategic plan.
Growing steadily, Log’S continues its development with the ambition to rank among the top 10 national leaders in logistics.
