Gondecourt Peinture Poudre (G2P), an industrial sheet metal company based in Gondecourt, joins the diversified group led by Samuel Skrzypczak and Christophe Picard.
This transaction strengthens the buyer’s "Sheet Metal & Metalwork" division, which already includes Paraservices and Madinord.
After acquiring the company in 2011, Mr. Laurent Delannoy developed G2P, growing its revenue from €500K to €3.4M in 2023. Anticipating his retirement, Mr. Delannoy mandated Septentrion Finance to organize the transfer of G2P.
Septentrion Finance acted as the exclusive M&A advisor to the seller.
