Septentrion Finance has advised on the sale of Gore Bâtiment Services, which is joining BigMat MVR Matériaux

GORE BÂTIMENT SERVICES, a century-old company and regional specialist in building materials distribution, has joined BIGMAT MVR MATÉRIAUX (which operates 10 BIGMAT branches). Through this transaction, BIGMAT MVR MATÉRIAUX strengthens its regional footprint, now operating nearly 10 locations.

After taking over and developing the family business, Christian Goré decided to pass on GORE BÂTIMENT SERVICES as he prepares for retirement. Septentrion Finance acted as exclusive financial advisor to the seller.

BIGMAT MVR MATÉRIAUX is a group founded by Guillaume and Benoît Lefebvre. With this acquisition, the group now operates 10 BIGMAT branches and employs over 150 people across France.
