Septentrion Finance Welcomes Two New Consultants: Inès Clay and Hajar Belayachi

Septentrion Finance is pleased to announce the arrival of two new consultants, Inès Clay and Hajar Belayachi, as part of its continued development.

A graduate of the IAE Lille Master’s program in Accounting, Control and Audit (CGAO) in 2021, Inès Clay joins the firm after three years of experience in financial audit at Deloitte.

Hajar Belayachi, a graduate of the Grande École Program at SKEMA Business School in 2021, also brings three years of financial audit experience, gained at KPMG France. She joined Septentrion Finance in early September.

These new additions further strengthen Septentrion Finance’s team, which now consists of 16 professionals specialized in M&A and Valuation.

With 20 to 30 M&A transactions per year and over fifty financial valuations conducted annually, Septentrion Finance confirms its position as a key independent player in small and mid-cap advisory.
