Laboratoire Verbièse's shares transferred as part of a Management Buy-In (MBI)

The Septentrion Finance teams have supported Mr. Patrick Conil in the sale of Laboratoire Verbièse to an individual buyer.
Laboratoire Verbièse specializes in the marketing of chemical products (both trading and processing). The company generates a turnover between €2 million and €4 million.
Mr. Patrick Conil, the seller, shares his experience: “After 25 years at Laboratoire Verbièse (Merville, 59), I sold my business in June 2018 to retire.
