Septentrion Finance expands its team (CF News)

Lille-based advisory firm Septentrion Finance expands its team with the arrival of Louise Feurprier as Consultant.
Louise joined in September after serving as Finance Business Partner at Diagast, a supplier of solutions in the field of immuno-hematology. She holds degrees from EDHEC and Kedge Business School and spent over six years as an auditor at Grant Thornton France.
Founded in 2004 by Damien Barenne and Guillaume Tiberghien, Septentrion Finance now has thirteen employees including four partners. This M&A advisory firm, specializing in the small cap segment and also active in financial valuation, notably worked on Turenne’s entry into the capital of Blancheporte and the sale of Groupe Cousin to the former CEO of Chocmod.
