Founding Partner

Damien worked as a chartered accountant and statutory auditor for nearly 15 years (partner at KPMG). An expert in negotiation and support for special transactions, he naturally gravitated toward mergers and acquisitions, and became independent in 2004 by founding Septentrion Finance.

For over 30 years, Damien has been involved both in M&A mandates and financial valuation assignments. He is also a court-appointed expert at the Douai Court of Appeal.
