Septentrion Finance has advised Arnaud Deschaume on the sale of Enelia Group

Enelia Group, composed of AFP Développement and C2R, is one of the leading HVAC solution providers in the Hauts-de-France region, specializing in the sale and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential customers.
The group, which focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of environmentally friendly heating solutions — including heat pumps, reversible air conditioning units, biomass boilers, and wood-burning stoves — has seen consistent revenue growth since its founding in 2011.
Renowned for its technical expertise and high-quality installations, Enelia installs an average of 300 heating and cooling units per year, thanks to its team of qualified technicians. In 2022, the group generated €6 million in revenue and employed around 40 people.
After nearly 12 years of building Enelia Group, its founder Arnaud Deschaume sought a buyer and chose to transfer ownership of AFP Développement and C2R to two individual investors: Louis Meurillon and Géraud Delloye.
Leveraging a company already firmly established in its local market, Louis Meurillon and Géraud Delloye aim to accelerate Enelia’s growth across several areas:
- Expanding into new B2B markets (small businesses and retail)
- Broadening the product offering with the launch of a photovoltaic (solar) range
The transaction was completed on June 22, 2023
