Septentrion Finance strengthens its teams

After welcoming Laurine Philbert (formerly Deloitte Singapore) at the end of 2020, followed by Cyril Couplet (formerly EY Lille) in early 2021, SEPTENTRION FINANCE is once again strengthening its team with the arrival of Gautier Samain (33).
Graduated with a Master’s degree in Auditing and the DSCG certification, Gautier worked for nearly 8 years within the Audit, Transaction Services, and Restructuring teams at PANSARD & Associés and then KPMG.
Building on these two experiences, Gautier chose to focus on M&A advisory and join the SEPTENTRION FINANCE team.
SEPTENTRION FINANCE now relies on a team of 11 professionals — including 4 partners: Damien Barenne, Guillaume Tiberghien, Guillaume Dubois, and Thibaut Bouchoir — providing clients with financial services focused on three main areas: FINANCIAL VALUATION, TRANSACTIONS (Sales/Acquisitions), and FINANCING (Equity and Structured Debt).
Based in Roubaix, SEPTENTRION FINANCE benefits from a strong reputation and a solid track record, supporting 15 to 20 transactions per year for over 15 years, along with dozens of valuation assignments annually.
